Empire Powdercoating is a custom coating job shop with over 13,000 square feet of shop floor which includes one of the area's largest gas PLC controlled convection ovens. Empire has the capabilities of handling parts up to 30 feet long, 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall.

Empire runs a batch system meaning all of the steps in the process are done manually which we feel helps in controlling the quality of our product from the start to finish.

Empire uses the state of the art Nordson Encore™ manual spray system. The Encore™ provides an all digital operator interface for unprecedented control functionality for optimum coating results. The Encore™ keeps the powder suspended in air to keep the powder more uniform and consistent during the application process.
